InvestmentNews has recognized Lynn Phillips-Gaines as a 2018 Women to Watch honoree. As one of the 20 prestigious winners, she was chosen from more than several hundred nominations for her leadership, contributions and impact in the financial advice industry.
“It’s a tremendous honor to be recognized as one of the 20 Most Influential Women to Watch in 2018 alongside this group of incredible leaders. This award reinforces and further inspires the work we do every day at Phillips Financial; where we pride ourselves on providing our clients financial peace of mind, helping them visualize their goals, and then watching them achieve them,” said Ms. Phillips-Gaines.
Each of the advisers and executives who made the fourth annual InvestmentNews Women to Watch list were chosen from a rigorous selection process designed to identify women who possess leadership skills, the ability to effect change in the industry, a willingness to share their expertise with other women, and are committed to giving back to the community.
“Each of the women have an inspirational story to tell,” said Suzanne Siracuse, VP/Publisher of InvestmentNews. “They talked about their careers, what motivates and challenges them, their personal journeys that have led them to where they are now, their support systems, or lack thereof, and where they want to head for the future.”
Ms. Phillips-Gaines will publicly receive her award at the fourth annual InvestmentNews Women to Watch Luncheon on March 14th at Ziegfeld Ballroom in New York City.
“As is often said, you can’t be what you can’t see,” said Ms. Siracuse. “This is the main reason why we feel it is our responsibility to bring these stories to the forefront. There is strength in numbers and actions always speak louder than words. I hope the industry joins us as we celebrate the many accomplishments of these remarkable women.”
